A. (\u201cWVBTG\u201d), legal person number 510 929 435, with registered office at Rua dos Afoitos n\u00ba5, Colares, may request Users to provide personal data, that is, information provided by Users allowing WVBTG to identify and \/ or contact him\/her (\u201cPersonal Data\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>As a rule, Personal Data are requested when Users:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>register on the Website;<\/li>\n<li>request WVBTG to contact them through the form available on the Website;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Personal Data collected and processed consist of information relating to the name, email address, and other personal information provided by Users.<\/p>\n<p>When collecting Personal Data directly, WVBTG provides Users with detailed information about the nature of the data collected, and about the purpose and processing that will be carried out on such Personal Data, as well as the information mentioned in clause 7, through the consultation of the Privacy Policy made available on the Website.<\/p>\n<p>WVBTG also collects and processes information related to Users hardware and software, as well as information about the webpages visited by Users within the Website. They are also prevented from contracting other entities without prior authorization from WVBTG.<\/p>\n<p>WVBTG undertakes to only subcontract entities that offer sufficient guarantees for carrying out the appropriate technical and organizational measures, in order to ensure the protection of User rights.
